I like to term Vinyasa as a moving meditation. Vinyasa in Sanskrit means - nyasa "to place" and vi - "in a special way". This class flows faster with shorter emphasis on holding asanas (postures). Pranayama (breath work) & mindfulness/meditation is also a focus. Vinyasa is best enjoyed with previous yoga experience. However, I will provide several moderations throughout class. Yoga mats and props are provided.
